I, as the artist,
. retain all copyright of the finished artwork
. retain the right to reject your requested commission
. retain the right to post the finished artwork on any social media (unless otherwise denied by the commissioner)
You, as the commissioner,
. may post or use the artwork on any social media WITH CREDIT
(e.g. referring to my username or tagging me). may NOT make profits from the artwork(reselling, redistributing, etc.)
. may NOT use the final artwork for AI purposes, NFTS, or crypto. may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without the artist's consent
(such as removing a watermark)
If you choose to commission me, you agree to all of these terms.
after you contact me, I will ask for your paypal details in order to complete the payment of your commission.

. i require 50% up front / 50% after completion of the commission
. please wait until I send you your invoice on paypal before paying
. refunds are not accepted unless I, for whatever reason, cannot complete your paid commission
